Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant JSC has successfully passed an inspection audit of the quality and safety management system for products for compliance with the food standard GOST R ISO 22000-2019 in relation to the production of Agidol-1 crystalline and Agidol feed grade, intended for use as an antioxidant additive (E321) in the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries, as well as in animal feed.

Compliance with this standard guarantees the high quality and safety of Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant’s products for the health of consumers. The GOST R ISO 22000-2019 (ISO 22000:2018) certificate is an international standard that sets requirements for food safety management systems. For Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant JSC it is the evidence of technical equipment of the enterprise and strict control of quality and safety of the output products, consumer orientation and modern market trends.

Specialists of services and engineering and technical personnel of the enterprise for the last few years have done a lot of work on realization of various projects in the field of improvement of quality management system.

The audit was attended by the department of international certification with the verification of all system documentation on the requirements of this standard, as well as workshops N-13-14, N-4-5, warehouse shop, utility rooms, the testing center of QC department and other departments of the enterprise.

“Any system is a living organism that needs to be constantly supported and developed, and we still have many different tasks ahead that we set for ourselves for the successful development of the enterprise and compliance with the requirements of our consumers,” notes Guzel Valeyeva, head of the international certification department of Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant JSC.

Based on the results of the audit, the commission determined that the quality and safety management system for feed and food products of Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant JSC meets the requirements of the food standard. The validity of the certificate received in December 2023 has been confirmed.
