The awarding ceremony for the winners and prize-winners of the republican cross-sector competition «For high social efficiency and development of social partnership» was held in Ufa on the eve of 2022 new year. The awards were presented by Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan - Minister of Health of the Republic of Bashkortostan Maksim Zabelin. JSC «Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant» took the third place.

The winners of the cross-sector competition were organizations that create decent working conditions for their employees - safe working conditions, provide a stable level of salary, implement measures to support families of employees and a high level of social guarantees in general.
