The National award "Exporter of the year" was established by the government of Russia and is held within the framework of the national project "International cooperation and export" with the support of the Russian Export Center, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Agriculture. The volume of exports of products of the Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant, Joint Stock Company reached 41.7% in 2023. The geography of delivery is all regions of Russia, Southeast Asia, many CIS countries and far abroad. The main export direction today is the Southeast Asian market. For example, copolymer and isoprene rubbers produced by the Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant are known in China - many buyers have already managed to appreciate the advantages and undeniable quality of this type of product. Today, certain brands of rubbers, such as SKI-3, SKI-3S, are especially in demand on the Chinese market, since China is the world leader in the production of tires and rubber products. Also, phenolic antioxidants of the Agidol grade, used in the food and petrochemical industries, are exported to industrial production sites in China.
Indian companies also prefer synthetic rubber from Sterlitamak, phenolic antioxidants Agidol feed, Agidol-1 technical. Cooperation between SPP and Indian companies suggests further growth in imports of Sterlitamak products to the Asia-Pacific region, which provides huge growth potential, and therefore there is a need to expand production capabilities. "The products of the Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant are in great demand in the South Asian market. Due to constantly changing geopolitical factors, it was necessary to adapt and adjust to new economic realities. Reorientation of exports to the Asian market contributed to the stabilization of the petrochemical industry economy and the Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant actively adapted to these trends. Asian partners prefer our products for their high quality," notes Ildus Karimov, Commercial Director of SPP, JSC. |
