Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant became the third degree diploma winner of the annual republican contest “Taxpayer of the Year” in the type of activity “Manufacturing” among large organizations.

The award ceremony was held on November 11, 2024 in Ufa. Andrey Nazarov, acting Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan presented the award to Olga Chernova, Chief Accountant of SPP, JSC.

The competition was held for the sixth time, and the tax discipline of enterprises is taken into account when selecting participants. The purpose of the competition is to identify and encourage successful taxpayers who are distinguished by the highest level of tax discipline and transparent business conduct, who ensure an increase in taxes paid to the consolidated budget, employment of citizens of the Republic of Bashkortostan and an increase in the salary fund at their enterprises.

Andrey Nazarov thanked the participants of the competition for conscientiously fulfilling their duties to the state, social responsibility and for contributing to the formation of the revenue side of the republic"s budget, which is especially important in the current economic conditions.
