On the eve of the Day of the Trade Union Workers of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant was awarded a third degree Diploma in the republican intersectoral competition “For High Social Efficiency and Development of Social Partnership.”

A ceremonial event dedicated to the Day of Trade Union Workers of the Republic of Bashkortostan was held in the House of Trade Unions. The winners of the intersectoral competition were organizations that create decent working conditions for their employees – a culture of occupational safety, stable wages, measures to support workers" families and a high level of social guarantees in general.

Ildar Zaynetdinov, Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization “NefteKhim”, received the award from Yuri Melnikov, acting Minister of Family, Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

“This competition is extremely important to reflect the real level of social partnership. The preparation of the material for participation in the competition is conducted very carefully and seriously. SPP, JSC is a socially oriented enterprise. We have a good collective agreement, and the dialogue between the employer and the trade union is based on mutual respect. I am very glad that our company is one of the best in the republic. The importance of this award is confirmed by the fact that it was presented by the acting Minister of Family, Labor and Social Protection of the Population,” Ildar Zaynetdinov noted.
