NON-SPECIFIED SYNTHETIC STYRENE-BUTADIENE RUBBERS SKS-30 ARKM-15 (SBR-1705) and SKS-30 ARKM-27 (SBR-1712) filled with DAE-type oil

DESCRIPTION: Styrene-butadiene rubbers SKS-30 ARKM-15 (SBR-1705) and SKS-30 ARKM-27 (SBR-1712) are a copolymer of styrene and butadiene obtained by cold emulsion polymerization using rosin and fatty acids soaps mix as an emulsifier, filled with DAE-type extender oil for synthetic rubbers and stabilized with staining antioxidant.

APPLICATION: used in rubber goods industry for manufacture of noncritical rubber goods, rubber carpet products for cattle-breeding farms as well as in roadmaking.

Appearance: briquettes (bales) or irregular shaped briquettes (bales)

Colour: from light-brown to black

-All rubber grades should not contain foreign inclusions (metallic items, wood chips, paper, sand). Inclusions of plasticated rubber, cross-linked polymer and chalk are permitted.

PACKING: Rubber briquettes (bales) are packaged in PE film (thickness of 0.05 +/- 0.01 mm, melting temperature of 108-110îÑ), then – in paper bags, in plastic box pallets of 450kg or in plywood or metal containers of 1,260kg.

TRANSPORTATION: Rubber is transported by all types of transport in covered transporting means in accordance to all rules of cargo’s transportation standing at transport of this form

STORAGE: At a temperature not exceeding 30îÑ, in dry place free from direct sunlight.

GUARANTEED SHELF LIFE: 1 (one) year from the manufacture date. After the expiration of the guaranteed shelf life, the rubber can be used for its intended purpose after confirmation of its conformity to the requirements of this product specification.
