The 17^th of January signed a joint collective bargaining agreement for 2013-2015 regulating social and labor relations between management and employees of the company "Synthez-Kauchuk", "Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant", a limited liability company "Himremont", which represented the interests of the primary trade union organization "Neftekhim"

In October 2012 there was an association of three trade union organizations into one. In connection with the reorganization was necessary to enter into the general collective agreement. In all labor groups held meetings at which employees of enterprises discussed and made new proposals.

The changes were made including the sections "Sanitary-resort treatment and recovery", "Social and welfare of workers and pensioners", "Social protection of young people."

After a discussion of the key moments of the main document on behalf of the employers document initialed the general director of the company "SPP" –Mr. Shurupov, "Synthez-Kauchuk" –Mr. Zhavoronkov, director of "Himremont" Mr. Danilov with parity parties - the trade union chairman I.Zaynetdinov.

The agreement was signed in the presence of the chairman of the National Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan R.Nabiev Workers Union, Director of Production LLC "MC TAU Neftekhim" Ms. Shagimardanova, director of security and administrative support Ms. Gilmutdinova.
