The trend determining the development of JSC SNHZ is a careful attitude to the wishes and needs of consumers who actually become participants in the production process, who are interested in the final result and act as the main arbiter in the evaluation of the final product. The confirmation of this principle can serve as the expansion of the company’s product range by means of new brand IMTHPA.

“Up to the present time JSC SNHZ produced IMTHPA or as called by manufacturers as isomethyl prone to crystallization during storage (especially in winter)”, said Deputy General Director for Development (Science) Mr. Nikolai Niyazov. “This caused certain difficulties in its processing to some consumers so in order to avoid additional costs for heating-up the product they switched to use imported “liquid” analogues. In order not to lose their partners it was decided to develop a new brand of hardener. As a result of research a non-crystallizing IMTHPA under the brand 3 became available. The technology of its production was developed on an industrial installation and the obtained pilot batch was sent for homologation to clients”.

Preliminary results already allow us to think about increasing production capacity of IMTHPA over 80 tons/month due to the addition of unused equipment. The in-demand product will be sent to consumers in a new package – IBC-containers.

The main field of application of isomethyl is the electrical industry. It is necessary in the production of electrical insulators, insulation materials, dipping varnishes and compounds, sealing materials used in the manufacture of reliable and durable parts for the strategically important areas of the economy: energy, power and electrical engineering, railway industry, chemical industry.
