An audit of compliance with the requirements of international standards for feed safety FAMI-QS and GMP+ at the petrochemical site of the joint stock company Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant was conducted by Kaesler Nutrition (Saxony) which is an expert in the field of feed additives production.

Production process management of feed-grade Agidol, a product that Kaesler Nutrition is currently purchasing and Agidol-1 crystalline the purchase of which is planned for the future, has been evaluated.

During the audit, a representative of Kaesler Nutrition visited the departments of International Certification and International Registration of Products, Raw Materials Supply Department, finished products shop, warehouse department, technical control department. The field of interests included the quality control of raw materials, technological processes and finished products, including issues of monitoring the content of heavy metals and other undesirable substances in finished products, the maintenance of main assets and equipment, the availability of required documentation, logistics issues, interaction between structural units of the enterprise with QMS processes and others.

During the audit, a high level of professionalism of management was noted in the functioning of the QMS processes, competence, awareness and involvement of personnel in the process of improving product quality and the effectiveness of the system as a whole, production culture with the functioning of the 5C system.

The audit made it possible to conclude that the production of feed-grade Agidol managed at JSC SNHZ meets the requirements of international standards for feed safety and therefore mutual cooperation will be continued.
