The enterprises of the petrochemical group "TAU Petrochem" LLC are introducing a program to counter the pandemic.

Due to the threat of COVID-19 spread, a system of "barriers" was created at the enterprises of the petrochemical group "TAU Petrochem" LLC to prevent the spread of infection. It includes both organizational and technical measures. Thus since the middle of October about 30 percent of the personnel involved in the organization and management of production processes switched to remote working and since November 10^th employees over 65 years old, pregnant women and those who have chronic diseases were required to self-isolate according to the Decree of Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The production processes continuity in the new conditions was ensured by additional digital teleworking services for the first category of employees. As for industrial sites, employees continue to work in a planned mode (except for employees 65+) in compliance with measures of infectious safety -  automation level of enterprises allows to control technological processes from control rooms. In addition, the company is taking the necessary measures to ensure safe activities in production and office premises: daily remote temperature measurement of employees, the personnel are supplied with protective masks and antiseptics and contact surfaces are regularly disinfected. Sanitation is carried out by employees of “Zashchita” LLC gas rescue team and a qualified organization using spraying preparations that have passed state registration, certification and are allowed for use on the territory of the Russian Federation, in particular, Neoklin-Extra (concentration 0.05%), AvirBak (Concentration 0,1%).
