THE QUALITY OF LIFE. ENVIRONMENT WE LIVE IN |
|
One of the important tasks being solved by the teams of Sintez-Kauchuk and SPP in the course of their production activities is reduction of man-caused load on the environment. It is solved by working in several directions: optimizing production, introducing modern technologies, improving the quality of products, as well as applying new approaches to solving most demanding problems in the field of hazardous waste management.
To reduce the generation of industrial wastes at petrochemical enterprises, technologies for their secondary use are being developed, and their quantity has been reduced due to a deeper integrated processing of raw materials. For these purposes, in the first half of 2019, about 36 million rubles were spent. Over 3 million rubles were used to reduce emissions of... |

SEMI-AUTOMATIC GASOLINE LOADING FACILITY IS PUT INTO OPERATION AT SPP |
|
The Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant continues to improve the production of aviation fuel.
In the production shop N-2-3-7 of the Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant, a program for automation of the finished product loading into barrel containers for shipment to consumers was implemented. Preparatory measures were carried out at the end of 2018, which allowed the installation and commissioning of a semi-automatic facility by the spring of this year.
The dosing and filling machine is designed to fill steel barrels with a finished product. It consists of a weighing system and a packing fitting. The weighing terminal is connected to the filling device and is controlled by a programmable processor with an operating console. The functions of the operator are minimized: check the correct placement... |
